oa De Rebus - The preparation for and writing of the conveyancing examinations

Abstract

In many instances, conveyancers who have recently qualified, clerks' principals, or even examiners are asked the question - ""What should I learn for the Conveyancing Examination?"" or ""What do they (the examiners) ask ?"" or other questions along similar lines - all basically meaning ""What am I expected to know in order to be qualified to become a Conveyancer ?"".
