oa De Rebus - Judicial criticism

Abstract

Barristers have been told by the Bar Council their governing body. that they should do all they can to stand up for solicitors who are attacked in court by judges. This follows recent talks between the Bar Council and the Law Society in which the society was seeking the assistance of the Bars in trying to protect solicitors against judicial outburst. The society claims these are often unfair and inaccurate.
