oa De Rebus - The role of the attorney in the divorce process

Abstract

Unlike the position in Roman times when the work of an attorney was descriptionbed as an onus odiosum infamissimae vilitatis it is now no longer true to say that such work is ""only performed by men of low degree."" The office of an attorney commands a certain measure of influence and prestige which in turn demands a high degree of responsibility on the part of those performing the work of an attorney.
