oa De Rebus - The paperless office revisited

Abstract

In this article, Roy Bregman examines a way of solving the problems caused by manually managing the flow of information in a matter with a high volume of documentation. He argues that computer-aided case management systems streamline the litigation process and assist attorneys in winning cases. In particular, the information is completely portable. See 1997 DR 458 for his previous article on the paperless office.
