Say goodbye to 'spag bol', a fast-food travesty, and say hello to this excellent pasta dish. It's delicious, and the sauce is proudly South African.

Take note: this is not a quick dish. But then, what's the hurry? Begin by slitting the casing of the boerewors and removing the meat. Although some supermarkets sell a pure beef boerewors, this recipe demands the traditional pork/beef combo with an unambiguous coriander accent.
