oa Graphix - KZN packaging printer invests at Drupa : installation

 

Abstract

The packaging and security printer is awaiting delivery of its new KBA Rapida 145, which was purchased just prior to Drupa. Launched at the show, the Rapida 145's maximum rated output is 17 000sph in straight and 15 000sph in perfecting mode, 50 per cent higher than previous models. Shave & Gibson packaging general manager Dave King explains, 'Modern presses are specified at these high speeds, recognising the printer's need for maximum productivity.'
