A big congratulations to SAAFoST on achieving a momentous milestone. For 50 years, the Association has lead the South African food industry, and I think it's safe to say we'd all be a lot worse off without their tireless efforts. Congratulations SAAFoST, and here's to the next 50 years. We're proud to have your 50th Anniversary profile in this issue of the magazine. Juliette Hillmann compiled the profile with the help of Dr Bernard Cole, and I'm sure everyone will agree it's a great testament to the progress and achievements of SAAFoST from inception to present day.
