There's so much happening in the food and beverage sector in Africa. According to Tiger Brands' CEO Peter Matlare, although many of its countries are generally written off as basket cases, these actually hold 'real growth opportunities'. This is what's driving the company to ramp up its footprint on the continent, as well as to offset the slack demand at home.
