People across the world are looking for foods that can be consumed on-the-go. In particular, the salted snacks category continues to flourish with reports expecting growth of 21 per cent between 2014 and 2019. The majority of this increase will come from the traditional potato chip segment, but supported by new snack varieties with unique nutritional benefits, such as kale chips.
