Many factors that drive consumer buying behaviour include product's price, aesthetic appeal and wholesomeness. Research shows that quality still remains the primary reason customers remain loyal to a brand. As a general rule of thumb, chemicals are not permitted to come into direct contact with food and ingredients, due to their hazardous nature and the potential for residues to affect taste.
