Abstract

Nu-Tek Food Science has developed a product utilising patented single-crystal processing technology. The advanced formula potassium chloride can reduce sodium levels in popular foods by up to 50 per cent. It can significantly minimise the bitter taste associated with traditional potassium chloride.
