The tractor-cum-loader-cum-backhoe (TLB) is without a doubt one of the most over-worked pieces of kit in the industry owing to its versatility - and rightly so. The typical construction site is a really tough work environment. A TLB digs dirt like an excavator and moves dirt like a loader; however, it is also used in the construction, contractor and plant-hire sectors for landscaping, pipe laying, planting underground cable, laying foundations for buildings and drainage systems, small demolitions, breaking asphalt, paving roads and as powering-building equipment.
