When is cartel conduct deemed to have ceased under South African competition law? The case of developed a sound conceptual framework for assessing when cartel conduct subsists under South African competition law. Broadly, cartel conduct subsists when contact between competitors results in the concurrence of wills between the conspiring firms and behaviour in the market gives effect to the parties intentions.
