Minister of Health v Minister of Finance

In the 2012 budget the Treasury again increased the sin tax on alcoholic beverages including an 8% increase of the tax on unfortified wines. The Department of Health seeks an order requiring the Minister of Finance to exempt red wine from any tax because recent research states that the resveratrol in red wine has major health benefits and can delay the adverse effects of ageing. It has finally been revealed why my best judgements are written after lunch.
