Abstract

Part 1 of this article ended with the comment that unreasonable or irrational control of pricing systems in respect of healthcare services, or simply healthcare services, is not permitted in terms of South African law in so far as the rights of healthcare providers to ensure that they are regulated reasonable and transparently in terms of the Constitution are unfairly limited.
