n Without Prejudice - Merely claiming confidentiality isn't sufficient : the law

A short appeal judgement dismissed an attempted by a foreign company to preserve the confidentiality of South African documents for lack of evidence of confidentiality but it makes two important points. A foreign litigant who has the necessary legal standing to protect an interest in South Africa can do so before a South African court if necessary by way of interdict. Second, the appeal court set out what must be proved if confidentiality is claimed.
