Abstract

In trying economic times, companies often find themselves in the position where they cannot necessarily look to expand the market in which they operate and capture an even greater share of the pie. Instead, companies are forced to look at inventive ways of capturing competitors' shares of the market, resulting in fierce competition that can benefit consumers considerably.
