Manuscripts, books for review, correspondence and subscriptions should be addressed to the General Editor, Comparative and International Law Journal of Southern Africa, Centre for Foreign & Comparative Law, PO Box 392, UNISA 0003, South Africa. Articles can also be sent via e-mail to the following address: rudolhm@unisa.ac.za. Prospective authors should familiarise themselves with the journal’s housestyle and guidelines for authors also available from the above e-mail address. Enquries regarding subscription management and invoicing should be sent to moatso1@unisa.ac.za.

Major articles, which should generally not exceed 8 000 words, must include an abstract of no more than 200 words. Notes and comments are also invited.

By submitting a contribution to this journal the author confirms that the work has not been published elsewhere, and further undertakes that it will not be submitted to another academic journal for consideration without prior consultation with the editors of CILSA.

CILSA is a peer-reviewed journal. All contributions are subject to blind peer review by experts in the field, prior to acceptance.
