Abstract

2005 (4) SA 543 (C) came before the Cape High Court because of an attempted coup in Equatorial Guinea. The case attracted further interest for another reason. That is because the Thatcher concerned was none other than Sir Mark Thatcher, British national and son of Britain's Iron Lady.
