n South African Law Journal - Unjustified Enrichment. 1st edition, Daniel Visser : book review

The general themes of the book (described at 56ff) are the understanding of 'unjustifiedness' as a value judgement; the notion of subsidiarity to give appropriate protection to the principle of legal certainty in the context of a general enrichment action; and the need to remake the law of unjustified enrichment both by adding new instances which fit into the general elements of enrichment liability as currently understood, and by re-examining the general principles themselves.
