n Tydskrif vir die Suid-Afrikaanse Reg - Workplace Law, J. Grogan : book review

Grogan's , which is now in its tenth edition, has been one of the indispensable text books on South African labour for over fifteen years. The new edition, just like its predecessor, is divided into seven parts, ie, Part A: Sources; Part B: The individual employment relationship; Part C: Unfair labour practices and employment equity; Part D: Discipline and dismissal; Part E: Collective labour law; Part F: Industrial action and Part G: Forums and procedures. It has grown from twenty-four to twenty-six chapters. This is largely due to the reordering of some sections of the book.
