Patellofemoral pain is a common condition facing practitioners. Whilst the condition is common, it is a difficult condition to treat, and there is no clearly defined management protocol. There are many beliefs about the cause of patellofemoral pain, and generally it is accepted to be a condition occurring due to maltracking of die patella.
