The object of this paper is to determine whether creatine supplementation improves exercise performance in rugby players. Twenty-five club rugby players, of Buffalo Park, East London, were chosen for this field study after completion of pre-season training. Seventeen rugby players volunteered for the creatine group and 8 rugby players volunteered for the control group.
