Five cases of infestation by Strongyloides stercoralis are reported. In two of the cases, both showing diarrhoea and a well-marked degree of anaemia, it is considered probable that the symptoms were entirely caused by the Strongyloides infestation.
Received for publication february 14, 1938. A case of myelomatosis occurring in a native of Southern Rhodesia is descriptionbed in which widespread visceral metastases are present. The origin of multiple myelomas is discussed.
