Abstract

Histories of ten cases of extradural haemorrhage are given Cases mostly from localised violence following assault. Cerebral damage therefore minimal. Where initial cerebral damage is slight, prognosis good as indicated by ten recoveries. It should be borne in mind that the possible sites of extra-dural haemorrhage are wide and not confined to the temporal region.
