Abstract

An account of a pilot survey of a remote Native reserve to ascertain the incidence of diseases of the ears, nose and throat is given. Analysis of the statistics show a very high incidence of chronic discharging ears. The nutritional state of the people is poor and there is a great general scarcity of water. Recommendations are made for improving the conditions of the people. Tables of figures are attached.
