Abstract

The observations of a group of workers at a clinic conducted at Cape Town for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cutaneous neoplasms are discussed, with special reference to basal-cell carcinoma, its nature and its occurrence in sites where the sebaceous glands are most profuse and mainly on the parts of the body exposed to light.
