Abstract

Analysis of the autopsy records of King Edward VIII Hospital between 1961 and 1967 showed that the most common cardiac malformations among 123 cases with congenital heart disease were ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, tetralogy of Fallot and transposition of the great vessels.
