The results of treatment of 351 cases of burns treated over a period of 15 months are presented. The series is subdivided into 112 dressed with an antibiotic tulle, and 176 dressed with polyethylene glycol tulle.
Two cases are descriptionbed, one with an intrarenal aneurysmal sac consequent upon rupture of a mycotic aneurysm of a branch of the renal artery in a patient with infective endocarditis, and the other with a post-traumatic intra renal arteriovenous fistula.
A case report of the second pregnancy of a woman with the blood group A Rh-negative, genotype (cde.cde) (rh.rh) Fy(a-), whose husband is O Rh-positive with a genotype of (cde.cde) (Rh.rh) Fy(a+) is given.
Using the Ramel pleural biopsy needle, 207 biopsies were done on 198 patients, resulting in the histological diagnosis of tuberculosis in 12 (64%) chronic non-specific pleuritis in 52 others (26%), and dense collagenous tissue with no obvious aetiology in 10 patient (5ï¿½5%).
