Abstract

Resection of ovarian tissue with suture for haemostasis, especially if done for physiological variants of the foIIicular cycle, leads to a symptom complex of infertility, abdominal pain, dyspareunia, genital introspection, menstrual abnormalities, recurrent tumour formation and repeated operations.
