Abstract

An elderly man with ischaemic heart and peripheral vascular disease presented with a 3-month history of increasingly severe postprandial epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and weight loss, associated with gastroscopic evidence of superficial antral ulceration and discoloration.
