Extracted from text ... Leadership through diversity Ernst & Young has made transformation a business imperative by launching a change management programme throughout the firm. This initiative is aimed at understanding employee differences, specifically as they relate to race and gender, and seeks to dispel widely held gender and racial stereotypes. This initiative, called Leadership Through Diversity (LTD), has already entered the second part of its three wave lifespan which includes the entire staff of the firm.
