This initiative is aimed at understanding employee differences, specifically as they relate to race and gender, and seeks to dispel widely held gender and racial stereotypes. This initiative, called Leadership Through Diversity (LTD), has already entered the second part of its three wave lifespan which includes the entire staff of the firm.
