We believe this also applies to nations. Certainly it has been this Institute?s philosophy and business approach since our inception in 1993. Indeed our recently published Annual Report for 2003/04 (see www.saqi.co.za) highlights many projects and innovations that SAQI developed during the past year in the sphere of quality in spite of the financial constraints of the small, annual government grant.
