An Africa university expounding the four value systems of power distance, uncertainty avoidance, masculinity-femininity and individualism-collectivism with their embedded consequences may lead to the improvement of economic growth and the stability of governance. Scientific, economic and technological development in African terms may bring about truly collaborative effort to push Africa into the global market and thus became one of the dominant stakeholders.
