Abstract

Organisations are facing a significantly different emerging playing field, game plan and rules compared to the recent past. Their context, the playing field, has moved from being relatively stable, simple, orderly, predictable and localised to one of discontinuous, radical change, heightened complexity, snow balling chaos, deepening ambiguity and widening seamlessness.
