Most admired companies, according to our research results, ensure that their reward programmes are clearly aligned with their organisation's goals, strategy and culture. They tend to take a more centralised approach to reward strategy, compensation structures and performance management programmes. These organisations are also much more likely than their peers to say they have centralised compensation structures that emphasise internal consistency in market comparators.
