In a previous article the focus was on a brief exploration of new leadership thinking; in this article I reflect on a different context of leadership thinking based on the social neuroscience. Although the article's heading might create the impression that it is intended for an academic journal in the field of psychology, I will, however, try to keep it practical and easy to understand.
