Abstract

Executive coaching is destined to play an increasing role, and is indeed a prerequisite for any leader or manager or leader of leaders, to become the best that they can be. One-on-one, structured interaction with an objective third party can provide focus and a sense of perspective that other forms of organisational support simply cannot.
