Plans for ASSA SAGES 2009 are well under way. Four speakers have confirmed, website up and running and 70% of the available exhibition space has been sold.

ASSA SAGES 2009 is at the CTICC in Cape Town. This is for ASSA and SAGES to get back into rotation sync. We plan on starting ASSA SAGES 2009 in the same way we did for 2008. The Friday will be the academic day starting with the Gastro Foundation. This will be followed by the free paper sessions in the afternoon. This format seemed to work well allowing for the private practitioners who may not be interested in the free papers to fly in in the afternoon in time for the welcome function. If you thought this format did not work, we would be pleased to hear your comments.
