Extracted from text ... The early 90s brought a high influx of black kids attending 'Model C' schools. Once their tongues softened to the English language, these kids spoke it like they'd been doing so since birth and sometimes even better than their white counterparts. At that time a black person speaking with a twang was immediately assumed as brighter than the rest... "The black generation born in the 80s was granted the 'advantage' of attending multiracial schools along with their white counterparts. It was a time where black people and white people where 'forced' (for want of a better word) to start living ..
