Abstract

Research published in Management Review way back in the mid-90s showed that 'measurement-managed organizations' have a higher probability of being successful based on some clear metrics including likelihood to enjoy stakeholder support through times of change, being perceived as industry leaders, as well as being seen as financially successful.
