Abstract

Marketing Director. Sounds quite smart, doesn't it? But, is it just a fancy title or are there key core competencies attached to what is, more often than not, the top marketing position in any given company? From a company perspective, just who needs one and are you being seduced by the promise of the bells and whistles that accompany such a title?
