Abstract

The Direct Marketing Association of South Africa has launched the Institute of Interactive and Direct Marketing, aimed at addressing and meeting the needs of individuals in the interactive and direct marketing industry for training, education, information, career development and networking with professionals in the interactive and direct marketing industry.
