Italian-born curator, Paola Antonelli once said, "People think that design is styling. Design is not style. It's not about giving shape to the shell and not giving a damn about the guts. Good design is a renaissance attitude that combines technology, cognitive science, human need and beauty to produce something that the world didn't know it was missing." As I sit and try to imagine what a world without design would be like, I can't. It's like a chicken without its egg - neither can be separated from one another, and in the world of advertising and marketing the same can be said for a brand and its packaging.
