Abstract

It has always seemed to me wholly unreasonable and illogical to suppose thut in the whole wide universe there should be only one group of planetary bodies on which life as we know it in all its multifarious forms - physical, emotional and spiritual - can be developed. Yet that seems to be the idea underlying the various theories regarding the origin of the Solar System.
