Abstract

Pharmacists, particularly those in community pharmacy practice, are often confronted by someone wanting to return medicine for credit. While some requests are reasonable, often it is a case of greedy relatives trying to cash in at the expense of the pharmacy. It is not uncommon for a community pharmacist to be asked to take in medicine for credit supplied to its client by a courier pharmacy!
