Abstract

A number of cases of Onchocerciasis volvulus have been descriptionbed. The main complaint was an itchy papular rash. All had a raised eosinophila. Some had a lymphatic type of non-pitting oedema of a limb. The symptoms of all were aggravated following small test doses of diethylcarbamazine. The controls �showed no such response. The treatment and results are discussed.
