Abstract

Silicosis as found in the Rhodesian miner follows a similar pattern and course as is descriptionbed elsewhere. Most of the case encountered were in the first and second stages, but the third and the complicated stage with tuberculosis occur not uncommonly. The main clinical features of silicosis are descriptionbed together with its radiological changes.
