Abstract

Organo Phosphate (OP) poisoning is becoming a more common cause of admission both in crop sprayers and others. Relapses are known to occur. In a family treated here two brothers and an uncle relapsed after successful treatment. The cause in all cases was found to be contaminated clothing.
