Abstract

Sodium Valproate (Sodium dipropylacetate, Epilim, Depakine ) has been used as an anti-epileptic drug in several European countries for several years and there have been many reports of its efficacy in most types of epilepsy. The purpose of this communication is to report my personal observations of its efficacy in intractable epilepsy of childhood.
